- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and broccoli to the wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in water, cover, and steam for 1 minute.
- Return beef to the wok and toss with the sauce. Cook for 1 more minute.
