Simple, fresh party appetizers with tomato, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 24 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 24 small skewers

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry.
  3. Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
  4. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

Notes

  • Make ahead: Assemble skewers without glaze and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
  • Use toothpicks for smaller servings.
  • Add a pinch of salt and black pepper for extra flavor.
