1 lb large strawberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture and pipe into each strawberry.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a melon baller to hollow strawberries easily.
For transport, place strawberries in a single layer in a container.
