A garlicky herb compound butter perfect for dipping steak, seafood, or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve melted as a dipping sauce or slice for compound butter.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Use on grilled steak, roasted vegetables, or seafood.
