Crispy baked or air-fried cauliflower bites coated in spicy Buffalo sauce, perfect for game day or as a healthy appetizer.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • Ranch or blue cheese dip, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet or air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes (or air fry for 15-18 minutes) until crispy.
  6. Mix Buffalo sauce with melted butter or oil.
  7. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce until fully coated.
  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip.
