A simple, crunchy snack perfect for parties or game day. Made with rigatoni or farfalle and seasoned with parmesan.

  • 8 oz rigatoni or farfalle pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Toss pasta with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  5. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use rigatoni or farfalle for best texture.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
