A simple, one-pan pancake bake perfect for feeding a crowd. Cut into squares and top with your favorite fruit or syrup.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a large sheet pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter onto the sheet pan, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Cut into squares and serve with toppings of your choice.

Notes

  • For overnight prep, mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine just before baking.
  • Add blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter before baking for extra flavor.
