A quick and flavorful salmon dish with garlic butter, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip salmon and baste with garlic butter. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until flaky.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For baked salmon, preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Pair with rice or steamed vegetables.
  • For air fryer salmon, cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
