Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced apple or grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and apple or grapes. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in nuts if using.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve in sandwiches, wraps, or lettuce cups.
