Sweet and smoky grilled pineapple slices dusted with cinnamon sugar, perfect as a side or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Brush pineapple slices with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the pineapple slices.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Use ripe pineapple for the best sweetness.
  • Skewer pineapple rings for easier grilling.
  • Adjust cinnamon to taste.
