Sticky, savory-sweet chicken thighs glazed with honey and garlic, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, coating evenly.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway through, until chicken is cooked and glaze is sticky.
  5. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.

Notes

  • For crispier skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • Use boneless thighs for quicker cooking.
  • Double the sauce for extra glaze.
