Simple and sweet honey roasted carrots, perfect as a side dish for any meal. This recipe features a glossy glaze and a hint of garlic and balsamic for balanced flavor.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
