  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, pretzels, toffee bits, and nuts.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra chewiness, slightly underbake the cookies.
  • Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
