A quick and easy dessert that tastes like homemade Reese’s, perfect for hot weather, bake sales, and make-ahead trays.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

  • For a firmer texture, freeze for 30 minutes before cutting.
