A simple, machine-free Oreo ice cream made with whipped cream and condensed milk, folded with crushed cookies for a creamy, scoopable treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the crushed Oreo cookies and mix lightly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  6. Scoop and serve.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
  • Add extra crushed Oreos on top for more crunch.
