- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pizza sauce on one half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni over the sauce.
- Fold the tortillas in half.
- Brush the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use an air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes for a crispier texture.
