- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 1–2 shots espresso
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
- Whisk in pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and blend until frothy (optional).
- Pour coffee or espresso into a mug, then add the pumpkin milk mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
Notes
- For iced version, let the pumpkin milk mixture cool before pouring over ice.
- Use maple syrup or honey instead of sugar for a different flavor.
