- 2 (6 oz) sushi-grade ahi tuna steaks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the glaze.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sear tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes per side for rare, or longer if desired.
