A creamy, spicy vodka-tomato pasta inspired by Gigi Hadid’s viral recipe. Quick, flavorful, and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in vodka and let it simmer for 2 minutes to cook off the alcohol.
  4. Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Use store-bought tomato puree for a quicker meal.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
