A no-bake layered dessert with a salty pretzel crust, creamy cheese filling, and strawberry gelatin topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 16 oz frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9×13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Use gluten-free pretzels for a gluten-free version.
  • Make ahead for easy potluck prep.
