Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or hummus
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread Greek yogurt or hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced turkey, avocado, and mixed greens on top.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and pack for lunch or serve immediately.
