Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine Velveeta cheese, undrained Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, and milk in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, use Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies with extra hot peppers.
  • If the dip becomes too thick, stir in a little more milk until desired consistency is reached.
  • You can also make this in a slow cooker on the “warm” setting, stirring occasionally.
