- 2 cups cooked, shredded or diced turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh, e.g., peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup gravy or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cooked rice or pasta, mixed vegetables, gravy or soup, and chopped onion (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish or similar casserole dish.
- Top evenly with the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
