- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg

- Graham cracker crumbs (for rimming the glass)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Prepare your martini glass by moistening the rim with a lemon wedge or water and dipping it into graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, cream liqueur, pumpkin puree or syrup, simple syrup (if using), cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is well-chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
Notes
- For a stronger pumpkin flavor, use pumpkin spice syrup instead of puree.
- Adjust the simple syrup to your desired sweetness.
- Ensure the pumpkin puree is smooth and well-blended.
