A smooth and indulgent martini that tastes like pumpkin pie, perfect for fall celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz cream liqueur (like Baileys)
  • 0.5 oz pumpkin puree or pumpkin spice syrup
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to sweetness preference)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Ice
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for rimming the glass)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your martini glass by moistening the rim with a lemon wedge or water and dipping it into graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, cream liqueur, pumpkin puree or syrup, simple syrup (if using), cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is well-chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Notes

  • For a stronger pumpkin flavor, use pumpkin spice syrup instead of puree.
  • Adjust the simple syrup to your desired sweetness.
  • Ensure the pumpkin puree is smooth and well-blended.
